Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic Client Executive to lead key relationships within the German automotive sector on a global scale. This individual will manage 1-2 major automotive accounts, serving as the global relationship lead and trusted advisor during a period of rapid change driven by EVs, connected car technologies, and digital customer experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate this evolving landscape by aligning innovative software solutions with critical business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans for major automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, operations, and innovation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams-including pre-sales, professional services, and product experts-to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles using frameworks like MEDDPICC.

  • Collaborate with system integrators and ecosystem partners to co-create go-to-market strategies.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to internal leadership.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying values of innovation, authenticity, and inclusion in every interaction.

Who You Are:
You are a consultative and credible executive-level sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive industry. You thrive in complex environments, understand how to navigate large organisations, and can articulate the strategic value of enterprise technology solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with around 5 years focused on the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of managing strategic relationships with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation in areas like customer experience, AI, or workflow automation.

  • Deep familiarity with the German automotive ecosystem and current trends, including EV, connected car, and digital mobility.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

  • Fluency in German and English (business level).

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
