Client: A global company who is well-known and prized for their IoT and Cloud solutions in the retail vertical is looking for a new Head of Customer Project Management to join them in Düsseldorf.
They are leading the market in the delivery of first-class digital retail solutions and are opening their second office in Germany, due to their successes across the DACH region. The office will house their new showroom and be the center for the sales, marketing, and project management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of 9 customer project managers in Germany and Austria
- Overseeing projects from pre-sales to roll-out
- Managing the budget for all projects within the DACH region
- Responding to RFPs and ensuring that all proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Collaborating with sales, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Skills:
- At least 3 years' of experience in IT project management with direct customer experience
- At least 2 years' of experience in people management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of customer project managers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with sales, internal and external stakeholders
- Strong budget management skills
- Hands-on leadership
- IT Engineering Degree or MBA Degree
