We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland. As the Head of Infrastructure Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies that protect critical infrastructure systems from Cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure security plans
* Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements related to information protection
* Provide guidance on best practices related to Cyber-Security protocols
* Conduct risk assessments as well as vulnerability testing
Qualifications:
* Life Sciences background - Candidates must have experience working within life sciences sector.
* Cybersecurity expertise - Individuals applying for this position should demonstrate knowledge about different types of cyber attacks along with their corresponding countermeasures/defensive mechanisms.
* Experience with OT (Operational Technology) environments is essential since these require specific skills unlike traditional IT networks or systems where people can rely more heavily upon automated controls such as firewalls alone which cannot handle complex industrial processes without additional intervention by skilled human operators who understand both control system design principles & operational constraints associated specifically among other things).
* Knowledgeable about pertinent regulatory/legal standards pertaining towards securing sensitive data across networked devices especially those used regularly throughout high-risk settings like hospitals etc.
