This is an opportunity to work with a leading sytems integrator who are a leading Systems Integrator and Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for an IAM Engineer with 5+ years experience in Sailpoint, ForgeRock in order to assist with the stability of ther IAM systems.
This is a contracting role with a focus on supporting projects related to the auto-provisioning agent, including ePassport and SailPoint's IIQ product. As an IAM Engineer with experience in SailPoint and ForgeRock, you will play a key role in providing level 3 support, testing new features, maintaining current functionalities, and driving automation and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Level 3 Support:
- Provide expert-level support for SailPoint Identity, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IAM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to auto-provisioning and identity access.
Testing and Maintenance:
- Test and validate new features and enhancements within the IAM environment.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of current IAM functionalities.
Automation and Improvement:
- Propose and implement automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Actively contribute to improvement initiatives for IAM processes and technologies.
Migration Participation:
- Play an active role in technical and functional migration projects, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as an Identity Access Management Engineer.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Active Directory.
- Proficient in SailPoint Identity, with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
- Good knowledge of authentication methods such as Kerberos, OIDC, and OAuth2.
Certifications:
- Relevant IAM and security certifications will be highly beneficial.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
