Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technology, has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Create sales enablement materials (presentations, demos, 1 pager, etc.)
- Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor sales pitches and solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Work with marketing, product, and the rest of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on the defined business opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of direct mid-market selling or lead generation experience and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
- Demonstrated ability to hunt for new customers and a winning mindset
- Basic understanding of data science, machine learning, and applied AI is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
