Our client, a global leader in Data Processing and Human Resource Solutions, has their European headquarters located in Nanterre and maintains local offices across Europe, including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, and Spain.
They are currently in the process of fortifying their infrastructure and are seeking two Level 3 Engineers to join their team. These engineers will assist in managing the backlog of Level 3 support tickets while the Engineering team is occupied with other tasks.

Position Details:
Title: Active Directory Level Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Level 3 support tickets and clearing the backlog.
- Enhancing scripts using PowerShell.
- Collaborating with Senior Stakeholders in France and overseas (proficiency in English is essential).
- Occasional involvement in project work.

The team consists of nearly 10 Engineers, with daily communication and ticketing support while the internal team focuses on AD Hardening. While the team predominantly communicates in French, most meetings are conducted in English due to the international nature of the business.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for future projects. In the past, some contractors have been engaged in multiple projects, accumulating over 3 years of experience with the client. While not mandatory, relevant certificates related to Active Directory, Microsoft Technologies, or Cyber Security can enhance your application.
