We are seeking a Lead Communications Engineer to support critical challenges. You will provide technical guidance through modeling, simulation, and analytical methods to enhance decision making and risk management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of safe, reliable, and effective weapon systems.
- Understand and solve technical problems for our sponsors.
- Contribute to technical products for impactful mission outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of networks, network protocols, and related technology.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
- Practical knowledge of network technology (OSI layer 1 to 7).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in cybersecurity methods and programming languages like Python and C++.
- Active DoD top-secret clearance.
