About the Team: Our team within is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies across various modalities, including text, images, videos, and landing pages. We aim to enhance creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators by automating creative workflows with Generative AI, ultimately boosting revenue. Our goal is to lead the generative AI revolution in the ad tech and creative industries, delivering value to our clients, creators, and the entire ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated creative generation solutions for advertising across various modalities, including text, images, and videos, utilizing LLM/SD models for high-quality content creation.
- Create next-generation conversational assistants based on LLMs to enhance user intent and context understanding and improve complex task completion capabilities.
- Innovate and propose new solutions to enhance chat experiences, model outputs, and explore new products centered around generative AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Over 7 years of relevant development experience with a strong understanding of machine learning technologies (RecSys/NLP/CV).
- Experience with Generative AI technologies in marketing texts, images, and videos, and familiarity with LLMs and model fine-tuning (instruct tuning, SFT, RLHF, etc.).
- Passion for new technologies and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and project management experience.
- Determination and courage to elevate the business to new heights.
