Role: Software Development Engineer in Test
Location: San Jose, CA (hybrid)
Glocomms is partnered with a Global Ecommerce company based in San Jose. With over 2 billion monthly active users, the team is looking to bring on a Software Development Engineer in Test to leverage artificial intelligence across their products!
Responsibilities:
- Build quality system for large-scale visual algorithm services/platforms on mobile and server
- Lead test strategy and execution for complex system using automated and manual tests
- Manage quality reporting, defect diagnostic, features, and software release sign-off
- Improve and innovate test approaches and processes across teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as an SDET or QA Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing (UI & API)
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong experience with Object Oriented languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies
- Experience working in a start-up or a fast-paced Agile environment
- Bonus: Algorithm testing experience
