Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective time management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Organize and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Manage expense reports and budgeting for executive-level activities
Maintain organized records and documentation for easy accessibility
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business applications
Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience in the energy sector or a corporate environment is a plus
