Job Title: Partner (Channel) Account Manager
Location: Midwest, USA (Hybrid or Remote Eligible)

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong partnerships and accelerating growth through the channel? We're looking for a dynamic Partner (Channel) Account Manager to join a fast-growing tech company headquartered in the Midwest.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with regional and national channel partners

  • Drive partner engagement through onboarding, training, co-selling, and marketing initiatives

  • Create and execute joint business plans to meet revenue and pipeline goals

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them identify opportunities, navigate sales cycles, and close deals

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless partner experience

  • Analyze partner performance metrics and continuously optimize channel strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner, channel, or account management-preferably in the SaaS, IT, or enterprise software space

  • Proven track record of growing partner-led revenue and building productive business relationships

  • Strong understanding of the channel sales lifecycle and indirect sales models

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel regionally for partner meetings and events (as needed)
