I am currently working with a Technology Company based in Zurich in the search for Modern Workplace Manager (Microsoft) to join their team due to the current Manager has left for a new position.


As the Modern Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams in the development of complex workplace solutions utilizing cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to design, build, and implement advanced workplace solutions using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies into the workplace environment, optimizing collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization, leveraging the full capabilities of Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective workplace solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the new workplace solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and workplace solutions, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and outcomes to ensure transparency and facilitate future projects.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading projects involving Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies and workplace solutions.
  • Strong leadership, project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
