Glocomms has partnered with a fast-growing start-up that has recently closed its Series B funding with over $25M in total. Their mission is to simplify the loyalty points experience and increase their customer's spending power by helping them see their points as currency.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager with experience in a fast-paced startup environment. With recent Series B funding closed, this role sits at the intersection of people, process, technology, and business. The Engineering Manager will lead by example, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include championing lean, XP, and agile methodologies, ensuring smooth software delivery, supporting and mentoring a team of engineers, and driving technical excellence and data-driven decisions.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles, particularly as an Engineering Manager in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding and successful implementation of Lean, XP, and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in development, testing, and operations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
