Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Large Enterprise Account Executive to join the EMEA sales team, focused on the DACH region. This role is responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with enterprise clients (about 50/50 split), helping them unlock the full potential of learning to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and strategic expansion within large enterprise accounts across Germany (and rest of DACH)

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and market insight.

  • Consult with C-level stakeholders and HR/L&D leaders to understand their challenges and present tailored learning solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering) to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring alignment with company values and sales best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong record of success in enterprise or large segment.

  • Experience selling SaaS or learning & development solutions is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.

  • Deep understanding of the DACH business landscape and cultural nuances.

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Based in Germany, with willingness to travel across the region as needed.
