Location: Midwest, USA (Hybrid or Remote Eligible)

What You'll Do:
Develop and manage strategic relationships with regional and national channel partners
Drive partner engagement through onboarding, training, co-selling, and marketing initiatives
Create and execute joint business plans to meet revenue and pipeline goals
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them identify opportunities, navigate sales cycles, and close deals
Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
Analyze partner performance metrics and continuously optimize channel strategies
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in partner, channel, or account management-preferably in the SaaS, IT, or enterprise software space
Proven track record of growing partner-led revenue and building productive business relationships
Strong understanding of the channel sales lifecycle and indirect sales models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel regionally for partner meetings and events (as needed)
