Customer Details

• The customer is a leading Retailer, they own a number of brands in the retail space and have bases all over the world. As a key part of the position, you'll be connecting with teams in North America, Europe and Asia to roll out Global Cyber Security initiatives.
• Currently there is someone working in the team who will be finishing in April/May, so they are looking to have someone replace them with potentially a couple of weeks change over period.
• Glocomms have been working with them for the last 5 years and have been responsible for a number of key hires into their business across Cyber Security, Networking, Systems and Digital Workplace.

Job Details

• Primary responsibilities of the position will be to pivot across the Cyber Security department and manage projects from a back office functional stand point, connecting with internal stakeholders, sharing information about upcoming changes, getting buy in from these stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and collecting feedback from International teams to guide the projects in the right direction.
• You'll be working across a number of different technical departments including Cloud Security, Information Security, Network Security amongst others, but won't have to get hands on with the tools. But a technical knowledge is appreciated so you can have technical conversations with stakeholders and from time to time manage areas of the projects directly.
• The team will be comprised of Project Managers, technical personnel and Solution Architect's. You'll be working in close coordination with the Global Head of Cyber Security, CISO Department, Cloud and Infrastructure departments to smoothly deliver the projects to hand.
• Given the International nature of the business, the vast majority of the work will be conducted in English but day to day in the office you can communicate with local colleagues in French.
• Huge opportunity to get integrated into the company and work with them long-term, given the ever changing nature of IT and Cyber Security there are constantly changes being made and ultimately project demands to follow, if they are happy with your contributions there is a chance to work with them for upwards of 3 years.
• No specific certifications are required, but relevant Cyber Security or Management certificates will certainly go a long way to support your application.
