I am assisting one of the groups of an innovative automotive company in Gothenburg, where they are committed to driving the future of mobility. We are looking for a dynamic Digital Workplace Manager to lead their digital transformation and enhance employee productivity through cutting-edge digital tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement a comprehensive Digital Workplace strategy to enhance employee efficiency and work improvements.
- Lead user adoption initiatives and manage change effectively to ensure smooth transitions to new digital tools and processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on Office 365 applications and related user scenarios to improve employee productivity.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the company intranet to ensure it meets the needs of all user groups.
- Communicate effectively with a large organisation comprising diverse personas and employee groups through various communication channels.
- Understand and address the digital workplace requirements of different user groups and personas.
- Conduct an overhaul and restructure of Office 365 applications to optimise their use within the organisation.
- Oversee the implementation of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Manage the Office 365 admin portal, particularly in relation to SharePoint.
- Provide functional support for Office 365 users across different devices, including mobile, laptop, and tablet.
- Oversee the implementation of Azure Portal areas such as Active Directory and WebApps.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in establishing and implementing digital workplace strategies.
- Strong background in user adoption and change management.
- Expertise in Office 365 applications and user training.
- Experience managing intranet platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse employee groups.
- In-depth knowledge of digital workplace requirements for various user personas.
- Experience with Office 365 application restructuring.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with the Office 365 admin portal and Azure Portal, including Active Directory and WebApps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective user support.
