About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Salesforce Consultant to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be based in Portugal and fluent in French. This role can be either technical or functional, depending on the candidate's expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Consultant:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Functional Consultant:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce to align with business processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant (technical or functional).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Based in Portugal with the ability to work remotely.
