Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities in crypto payments for industries such as fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and close high-value deals with key stakeholders in the crypto, payments, and financial services sectors.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, including crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and payment providers to enhance market reach and growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, including SDRs and sales reps, to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto payment systems, including experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, and digital asset payments.
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Thinker: Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working with financial institutions, crypto companies, payment providers, or fintech startups.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate high-stakes deals.
