Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer for a leading beauty and cosmetics client based in Paris, France, to support a major network migration project. The role is fully remote and involves migrating from Cisco Wi-Fi solutions to Aruba Wi-Fi across a global network. The project is a long-term initiative with an initial 12-month contract and the potential for extension. You will ensure secure and high-performance connectivity throughout the migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the migration from Cisco Wi-Fi to Aruba Wi-Fi, ensuring security, minimal disruption, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with network engineers and vendors to design and implement secure Aruba Wi-Fi solutions.
- Configure, test, and validate Aruba Wi-Fi solutions across multiple sites.
- Implement network security protocols such as WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic and security during the migration to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the migration process and security configurations.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, security assessments, and risks.
- Train internal teams on Aruba Wi-Fi technologies, configuration, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and security.
- Recommend improvements to network security post-migration and stay up-to-date with security trends.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Aruba Wi-Fi and Cisco networking solutions.
- Expertise in network security protocols (WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, VPNs).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing secure wireless networks.
- Relevant certifications: Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with firewalls and network monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to network security.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
