Glocomms are currently working with an IT Consultancy that are looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst to join them on a long-term freelance mission.

Overview: The Personal Data Protection Analyst is expected to lead daily GDPR business-as-usual duties within the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD), supporting CIB clients in achieving their objectives in terms of compliance with Privacy by Design principles and other data protection requirements. This role involves close interaction with the CIB Central Data Office, the SPOC network (1LoD), and the DPC/DPO network (2LoD).
Main Tasks:
- Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and support Project Managers on their data protection activities.
- Manage incoming external and internal requests in the Outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK, including Data Subject Rights Requests.
- Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space.
- Contribute to disseminating a culture of personal data protection within CIB.
- Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.
Technical Skills:
- Full proficiency in MS Office suite - Expert
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies - Practice
- Fluent English (C1-C2) - Mastery
- Minimum English level of C1
- Mandatory experience/academic background in EU GDPR
- Knowledge of other privacy laws and regulations is a plus
