Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing automation specialists.
- Ensure best practices in email marketing, customer journeys, and data management.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly manadatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Marketing Cloud APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from inception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus.
