What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and improve APIs for various platforms.
- Analyse and reverse-engineer third-party APIs.
- Take ownership of product features from planning to deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Work with technologies like Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong backend development skills, including Ruby on Rails and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and extensive unit/integration testing.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
