Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with Field Service expertise for an automotive client. Develop custom solutions, optimize field ops, and integrate systems. 5+ yrs experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems used in the automotive industry, including ERP, CRM, and service management platforms.
- Optimize service scheduling, resource allocation, and dispatch processes for improved field operations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship for junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years focusing on Salesforce Field Service.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in automotive service processes, including warranty management, service scheduling, and customer support.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Field Service Consultant are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
