Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions, focusing on Consumer Goods Cloud and core Salesforce platforms to meet client needs.
- System Integration & Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth integration with other systems and work on optimizing workflows for better performance across all areas of the Salesforce platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and implement tailored technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure the seamless operation and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- System Efficiency Enhancement: Continuously analyze and enhance system performance, workflows, and overall user experience to deliver greater value to end users.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and core Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Solid experience with Salesforce development, customizations, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, workflows, and system optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Spanish language proficiency (required for communication with the team and stakeholders).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to adapt to new challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
