We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Pre-Sales Architect for an exciting 12-month freelance contract opportunity. In this role, you will work closely with our clients’ sales and solutions engineering teams to design and present innovative Salesforce solutions that are tailored to meet their clients' unique business needs and objectives. As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Architect, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of the Salesforce platform to provide strategic and impactful solutions. You will engage with clients during pre-sales engagements, ensuring that their specific business challenges are addressed with optimal Salesforce configurations and offerings. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and customer adoption by showcasing the full potential of Salesforce’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements by closely assessing customer requirements and recommending the most suitable Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions, ensuring they effectively communicate the value and capabilities of Salesforce to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine customer-centric technical sales strategies that drive business outcomes and differentiate the offering in a competitive marketplace.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the Salesforce platform and helping them navigate the implementation process to ensure they realize the full potential of Salesforce’s functionalities and features.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and best practices in order to continuously drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including solution engineers, product managers, and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and smooth project execution from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Support and train internal teams on Salesforce solutions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other related products.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM, data integration, cloud computing concepts, and the practical application of these technologies in a business context.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales or solutions engineering, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on delivering value to clients through innovative technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts and demonstrate the value of Salesforce solutions to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, particularly certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions for clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously, working efficiently under pressure and delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
