Our client, a leading cybersecurity company, is looking for an experienced and well-connected Channel & Alliance Manager to join their high-performing sales team. This role will focus on expanding their channel partnerships and strategic alliances across DACH and several other EU regions (such as Nordics and Benelux).

About the Role:
As the Channel & Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with strategic channel partners, driving revenue growth, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to build a successful partner network and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market presence.
- Leverage existing relationships to develop and execute new business opportunities.
- Build measurable business plans and conduct QBRs with key partners to ensure sales success.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to develop joint selling strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation activities, including events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Provide regular partnership updates and performance reports to executive leadership.
- Manage strategic alliances, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Identify and establish new strategic alliances within the assigned region to support business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong track record of building and growing successful partnerships.
- Background in cybersecurity or related technology solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Passion for delivering results and driving business growth.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or cybersecurity sales.
- Experience supporting channel partner sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of MDR platforms and Threat Intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Experience working with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and M365 security solutions is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of security technologies and managed security services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
