Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Develop and propose Salesforce-based solutions to meet business needs.
Evaluate and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure accurate data migration and integration with other systems.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimise solutions.
Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or equivalent certifications preferred.
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
