- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and propose Salesforce-based solutions to meet business needs.
- Evaluate and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate data migration and integration with other systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimise solutions.
- Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
